Ingredients of Crepe icecream
- It's 75 grams of cake flour.
- It's 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
- It's 35 grams of sugar.
- It's 250 grams of fresh milk.
- Prepare 4 of eggs.
- It's 30 grams of salted butter.
- It's 1 of salted butter to coated pan.
- You need 1/4 tsp of salt.
- It's 1 box of vanilla icecream or your favorite.
- You need 1 bunch of of mints to garnish,optional.
- It's 1 can of whipped cream,to garnish,option.
- Prepare 3 of banana or any food to garnish,optional.
Heat a medium-sized skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Grease pan with a small amount of butter or oil applied with a brush or paper towel. And, the one with ice cream wasn't their advertised rolled version. One even without any ice cream or toppings, just cream from a can.
Crepe icecream instructions
- Shift flour,sugar,salt,set aside.
- Mix fresh milk and eggs ,whisk ,add butter,flour mixture,whisk well,refrigerate 2 hours before use.
- On low heat ,choose non stick pan ,thinly spread salted butter ,follow with 1 big spoon of crepe mixture,spread evenly on pan by rolling all over ,wait a min until it cook and flip to cook another side ,remove to plate,repeat new crepe start from butter pan again ,until finish ,will get around 10 pieces or more depend on your pan size.
- To serve ,scoop icecream,i use vanilla icecream,roll it tightly,topping with chocolate syrups,side with banana or your favorite fruit,whippedcream ,and mints to decorate ...this can make a good desert in short time and not difficult for you to start to rock in the kitchen :).
