- Prepare 1 cup of whole wheat flour.

- It's 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon.
- It's 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar.
- It's Handful of chopped nuts or chocolate chips or chopped sultanas (optional).
Add oats and baking powder and blend again till homogenous. Whisk oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl; set aside. Add in the mashed banana and Greek yogurt, stirring until no large lumps of yogurt remain. - In a bowl mix mashed bananas, milk, oil, vanilla extract and sugar either by hand or mixer on medium speed..
- In a separate bowl mix flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt..
- Add the wet ingredients into dry ingredients, slowly until just combined with rubber spatula. Don't over mix the batter. Mix in the vinegar after this..
- Transfer the batter into your container (loaf or muffin moulds). Sprinkle some oats on top of it with some brown sugar for presentation. Bake for 25-30 minutes or till your knife or toothpick comes out clean (mine were done in 20 minutes so keep a check)..
