Teri's Banana Nut Bread step by step
- Serving: 16 slices.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease bottom of loaf pan.
- In large bowl cream sugar & margarine, until light & fluffy.
- Beat in eggs.
- Blend in banana's, milk, & vanilla, mix well.
- In a small bowl combine flour, nuts, baking soda & salt; mix well.
- Add to creamed mixture.
- Stir in slowly & just until dry ingredients are moist.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
- Cool completly on wire rack.
- Wrap and store in refridgerator.
