  1. Preheat ur oven,as for jiko oven pre-heat 10 min prior baking.
  2. Sieve flour& cinnamon powder together set aside, beat sugar+magerine to a fine texture.
  3. Add beaten eggs then add the flour+cinamon and milk into ur creamy mixture stir to the correct consistency, Nb:add in parts little by little.
  4. Mash the bananas with the baking soda and add to the flour mixture,combine and stir.
  5. Add mixture into a baking tin, sprinkle the nuts on top,bake for 30 min at 160°C.

Peel the bananas and mash with a fork. The addition of chopped chocolate toffee bars makes this banana loaf different from the rest! Like pretty much the entire Internet, I've been baking banana bread over the past few months. My mum made this once and I just adapted the recipe to experiment with textures and flavours.
